Do we have to buy new hardware?
In most cases, no. RetailGrid connects to standard ESC/POS receipt printers (Epson, Star Micronics), USB barcode scanners, standard 24V cash drawers, and runs inside modern web browsers on Windows touchscreens, Mac, iPad, and Chromebooks.
How does product catalog migration work?
We provide simple CSV import templates to import your products, barcodes, supplier codes, customer histories, and starting stock levels from your existing POS, Vend, Square, or spreadsheet.
